Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Goodwell Foods facility in Pittsfield, NH. This role oversees the maintenance team and ensures all production equipment, utilities, and building systems operate safely and efficiently. Typical responsibilities include planning and executing preventive maintenance programs, scheduling and supervising maintenance and repair activities, coordinating with production leaders to minimize downtime, and managing spare parts and maintenance-related inventory. The Maintenance Manager also develops and enforces safety procedures, maintains documentation of maintenance activities, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and productivity.


Qualifications
