Maintenanceย  / Housekeeping Personnelย 

Onley Inn is looking for a Hotel Maintenance / Housekeeping Personnel to take care of our hotelโ€™s infrastructure (e.g. buildings, electricity) and work with Housekeeping on various projects and task. You will also need to help plan and implement various renovation and repair projects.
Overseeing hotel infrastructure to ensure functionality and safety
Organizing repair, installation and renovation projects
ย In this role, you should be organized and proactive. Familiarity with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is essential. If youโ€™re also committed to meeting health and safety standards, weโ€™d like to meet you.
ย Your goal will be to ensure our hotel premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike.
Responsibilities

ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts)
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Plan and execute renovations and construction
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)

ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus
