Maintenance Helper
Full-Time | Hourly | Industrial Maintenance
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Overtime as Needed
Position Summary
The Maintenance Helper assists maintenance technicians with equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and general building upkeep. This role is ideal for someone with basic mechanical or electrical experience who enjoys hands-on work in an industrial environment.
Essential Responsibilities
  1. Assist with machine repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
  2. Perform basic electrical tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians.
  3. Support building maintenance and general facility repairs.
  4. Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
  5. Move materials, parts, and equipment throughout the facility.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  7. Follow verbal and written instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately.
  8. Work overtime as needed to support production and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications
  1. Basic mechanical or electrical experience preferred.
  2. Experience with machine or building maintenance is a plus.
  3. Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
  4. Able to work in hot, dirty, and noisy industrial environments.
