SALARY

ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Maintenance Engineer performs building repairs and maintenance tasks, including basic preventive maintenance to the building structure and systems, including light maintenance and plumbing repair. Promotes a culture and demonstrates market leadership that is committed to sustainability and strategic energy management.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
  • Performs general maintenance and repairs on assigned buildings
  • Changes lighting fixtures
  • Makes minor plumbing repairs
  • Orders lighting and plumbing equipment and supplies
  • Performs odd jobs for tenants (e.g. including moving furniture, hanging photos)
  • Participates in the Engineering on-call schedule
  • Drives company vehicle, as needed
