The Logistics Coordinator supports daily transportation, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure products and materials move efficiently through the supply chain. This role coordinates schedules, communicates with drivers and vendors, tracks shipments, prepares import and export documentation for internation shipping and resolves delivery issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Schedule deliveries and pickups with carriers and vendors
  • Track shipments and update status reports
  • Communicate delays or issues to customers, drivers, and internal teams
  • Maintain shipping, inventory, and transportation records
  • Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documentation
  • Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery problems
