What You'll Do As our Maintenance Associate, you will be a key part of our operations. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure smooth and optimal operations. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a timely and effective manner.

Operating, inspecting, and testing equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively. Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Keeping accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future reference.

Collaborating with production teams to plan maintenance without impacting productivity. What You'll Have To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with technical certifications or vocational training in areas like mechanical or electrical systems (preferred). 3+ years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Skillful use of hand and power tools, with the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, manuals, and schematics. Electrical certification preferred. Awareness of safety protocols, paired with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
