Job description

Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Raymond, NH to hire Maintenance Technicians. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that offers excellent pay, benefits, and long-term career growth. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing critical equipment that keeps operations running efficiently throughout the facility.

Position: Maintenance Technician

Shift / Pay:

Maintenance Technician 
Saturday - Monday | 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Pay: $40.45 per hour

Maintenance Technician 
Tuesday - Friday | 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Pay: $37.90 per hour

Duties / Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on conveyors, material handling systems, dock equipment, lift trucks, and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes of operational issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Complete work orders, maintenance records, and repair documentation accurately
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects
• Operate powered industrial equipment and material handling equipment as needed
• Maintain facility infrastructure, building systems, and grounds
• Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations as needed

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or facilities maintenance experience
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with conveyors, automation systems, or distribution center equipment is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Associate degree, technical training, or maintenance certifications are a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders when necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
