In this career, your previous experience and training help you decide what setting works best with your skills and knowledge.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Maintenance Associate, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Maintenance Associate, you need foundational knowledge in facility maintenance, basic repair techniques, and often a high school diploma or equivalent.
