CCB Packaging is looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians starting at $32/hr! Immediate openings on night shift from 7pm - 7am.  This is a 12 hr alternate schedule.


Responsibilities include:

  • Perform maintenance according to work orders by responding to down equipment, troubleshooting problems and performing necessary repairs.
  • Work on projects related to equipment improvements and machine upgrades which may involve modifying, rebuilding or overhauling equipment to meet upgraded standards.
  • Proactively perform preventive and/or corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure equipment is producing the best product. 

Qualifications include: 

  • Ability to troubleshoot through past experience and industry knowledge.
  • Technical understanding and comprehension of mechanical principles.
  • Electrical and mechanical knowledge as well as a vast understanding of pneumatics, VFDs, control circuits and industrial robotics.
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical / electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints or other forms of engineering drawings.
  • knowledge of servo drives and motors.
  • Familiarity with LOTO rules.
  • Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and other mechanical equipment.
  • Welding and fabrications skills preferred.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload.

Physical Requirement

  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position requiring heavy lifting up to 50lbs, carrying tools and supplies, kneeling and stooping and standing on feet for long periods of time.

Education/Experience:
An Industrial Maintenance Associates degree and/or equivalent on the job experience. Minimum of three years of manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair. Â
