  • Fill propane tanks efficiently and safely to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Clean and service equipment in the Laundry Mill to support seamless operations.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and shape flower beds and walls to maintain a polished and inviting landscape.
  • Prune shrubs and trees to encourage healthy growth and remove damaged or unsightly foliage.
  • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides to lawns, shrubs, and trees, and rake and bag leaves for proper disposal.

  • Perform minor equipment repairs to minimize downtime and support the team's productivity.
  • Pick up and deliver tools, supplies, and equipment across the property and locally, keeping operations well-equipped and organized.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)
