JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Staff / Maintenance Technician to maintain the hotel's guest rooms, facilities, equipment, and building systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
The successful candidate will help ensure that the hotel remains safe, functional, clean, and comfortable for guests and employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and equipment.
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanical repairs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Assist with the installation, replacement, and repair of equipment and fixtures.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of completed maintenance work.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including power outages, water leaks, and plumbing issues.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required.
  • Maintain maintenance tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Follow all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
