Mains’l Services is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Front Desk Associate) to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and provides excellent customer service to all who interact with our company—ensuring that every interaction reflects the Mains’l Mission, Vision, and Values.

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):

  • Customer Service:

  • Greet visitors, vendors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner

  • Provides appropriate forms and information to those who request them

  • Support current employees with questions about online training

  • Receive and share feedback from visitors and employees

  • Answers, screen, and forwards incoming calls, providing basic information

  • Monitor voicemails and faxes, forwarding messages to the appropriate person

  • Maintain office equipment and supplies

  • Follow office procedures for opening/closing, cleaning, and visitor protocols

  • Clerical Support

  • Makes copies and assembles packets as required

  • Sort, prepare, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

  • Perform data entry tasks

  • Support meeting prep (e.g., order food, prepare rooms, make coffee)

  • Run reports as assigned

  • Maintain and update agency phone and mailing lists

  • Scan, copy, laminate, print, index, and distribute documents as needed for internal and external stakeholders

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Work Structure: 8:00am- 4:30pm Monday to Friday in office

Wage: $ 17.72-21.54/hour

What You Need:

  • Previous Customer Service or Administrative Experience Preferred

  • Associate's Degree Preferred 

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills

  • A positive attitude, even under pressure

  • Ability to follow direction from multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable using office equipment such as postage machines, copiers, fax machines, and scanners

  • Demonstrates reliability and accountability
