Highly skilled z/OS System Architect with IODF/IOCP Skills 

Install, configure, upgrade and maintain IBM z/OS operating system and associated system software (e.g., SMP/E, JES2, RACF, SMF)

Must have wider understanding on Production Control and Scheduling to drive the team and experience with IWS(TWS) & JOBTRAC tools.

Deep understanding of IBM Z architecture, workload management (WLM), performance tuning, and system-level debugging.

Expertise in z/OS version upgrades and z/OS MF

Experience with VTS & Hardware Upgrades

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Mainframe Professionals including system programmers, Administrators, Production Control

Provide expert-level technical guidance on z/OS systems, Mainframe storage, networking, security, and automation

Drive best practices in Mainframe System administration, software upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.

Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex system issues and outages
