Functional Tester Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on functional testing
  • Proven experience in functional testing, integration testing, and test automation.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). Familiarity with Agile, test case design, and defect tracking.
  • Familiarity with IRS testing methodologies (e.g., SAT, FIT) is a plus.
  • 5+ years functional testing experience.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.

Integration Tester Qualifications:

  • Some experience in test automation including the development and execution of automated test scripts
  • Experience with 508 functional testing
  • Experience with defect tracking/requirements management tool, desired technologies include: IBM Rational Suite, (ClearQuest, Requirements Pro, Functional Test)
  • Experience in all phases of software testing including test planning, functional testing, and regression testing
  • Experience testing all layers of the application, including web-based user interface, service layer, data migration, integration layer, data layer, and performance testing
Performance Tester Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing and tools (e.g., HP LoadRunner, IBM RPT).
  • Understanding of IRS SLAs and performance modeling.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Familiarity with IRS testing methodologies (e.g., SAT, FIT) is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.

IBM Mainframe Tester Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in manual testing and developing automation scripts.
  • 6+ years of experience with mainframe systems and using tools such as JCL, batch processing, and configuration management tools.
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on mainframe systems.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.

Enterprise System Tester Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on enterprise applications.
