Drive critical process improvements and digital transformation by acting as the key connection between business partners and IT. Responsibilities - Serve as the primary liaison between Aftermarket Supply Chain business units and IT teams to ensure mainframe-supported solutions meet business needs - Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution definition for enhancements, incident resolution, and operational support - Translate business requirements into technical tasks and support mainframe engineering teams with clear documentation and actionable plans - Analyze and document system behaviors, batch processes, file transfers, and data dependencies impacting supply chain functions - Drive root cause analysis and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production incidents efficiently - Create and maintain high-quality documentation including business requirements, process flows, test scenarios, and implementation materials - Lead and coordinate testing activities: system integration, user acceptance, defect tracking, and post-implementation validation - Manage release readiness, deployment planning, cutover support, communications, and post-go-live stabilization - Identify and recommend improvements in process efficiency, system reliability, and data quality - Influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and ensure delivery of business value and operational continuity Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field - Significant experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise business applications in mainframe environments - Proven background with COBOL, JCL, IBM Db2, IMS, batch processing, and file-based integrations - Strong ability to translate business processes into clear functional requirements and delivery plans - In-depth experience with supply chain, warehousing, inventory, logistics, or aftermarket operations - Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills and experience with production support, incident triage, and testing - Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to bridge business and technical discussions - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing priorities in complex environments - Self-starter with demonstrated ability to drive results, manage ambiguity, and work independently Preferred Skills - Automotive, manufacturing, aftermarket, or dealer-facing supply chain experience - Knowledge of warehouse management, fulfillment, order management, parts operations, or returns - Experience with legacy-to-modern integration, distributed/cloud-connected platforms, and middleware interfaces - Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, API integrations - Agile, product, or hybrid delivery model experience - Vendor or managed services coordination experience - Understanding of operational controls, release management, and production support for critical systems Benefits - Collaborate with industry-leading professionals in supply chain and IT - Opportunity to impact large-scale digital transformation projects - Exposure to both legacy and modern technology stacks - Professional growth in a high-visibility, cross-functional environment - Flexible/remote work options available - Supportive, collaborative culture focused on results and innovation How to Apply Ready to make your mark in supply chain technology?
