MinimumExperience

  • 10+ years of handson software development experience focused on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core).

  • Ability to work with mainframe SMEs toreverse-engineerlogic and map it into modern .NET domain models.

  • Experienceextracting and transforming data from MainframeDB2 and IMS.

  • Experience working on large-scale data migration or systemmodernizationprojects.

  • Proventrack recorddelivering highquality, scalable, secure, and maintainable applications across medium to large projects.

  • Experiencewith cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including App Services, Functions, Key Vault, APIM, and cloudnative design patterns.

  • Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, microservices architectures

  • Extensive experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), including designing,optimizing, and supporting complex ETL processes, data workflows, andintegration ofpipelines.

  • Experiencewithtools such as Git, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, or similar development andDevSecOpstools.

  • Experience with performance profiling, debugging, and monitoring .NET and SQL Server applications in production environments.

  • Experience mentoring engineers of varying levels, elevating engineering maturity, shaping development processes, and championing bestinclass development practices (CI/CD, testing strategies, code quality).

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
