Type: Long term contract
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
** This is a Hybrid role, 1 to 3 days/ week onsite require otherwise Remote

The client is looking for experienced mainframe developers to join their team. Their mainframe practice is comprised of experienced mainframe developers across both COBOL and Hogan projects deployment. So they're looking to expand their consultant base with the experienced technical professionals with solid technical skills and experience in mainframe environments. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, have a desire to work on various initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced environment!
Job Description:
Consult with business partners to design, modify, and explain program changes
Resolve problems which occur in production systems
Provide ongoing maintenance support to existing systems
Work to enhance existing coding
Provide project support which includes writing new codes
Work closely with business partners both technical and non-technical to explain changes, impacts and enhancements
Provide ongoing technical support
