Familiarity with tools such as IBM z/OS, JCL, COBOL, and project management software like MS Project or Jira is typically required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills help drive cross-functional teams and manage complex, high-stakes projects. These skills ensure successful project delivery, seamless system upgrades, and minimal business disruption in organizations reliant on mainframe technology.
