Job description

Overview

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

We are looking for candidates who live within a commutable drivable distance to our Raleigh, NC office.

This position manages and maintains IRAs and documentation surrounding IRAs, CD’s, and other Time Deposit Accounts.  This includes transaction processing and external requests for client information.  This position complies with government agencies or other company requests, managing and maintaining IRA accounts, and performs several administrative processing duties to facilitate client service objectives. Ensures regulatory compliance and accurate reporting by reviewing business processes, documentation, systems, and accounts.


Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Review - Maintains the integrity of information reporting systems through daily maintenance and review. Ensures all information or supporting documentation is present and correct, that accounts are properly set up, and that access is monitored. Adds, modifies, and maintains accounts to comply with applicable regulations and requests. Reviews regulatory holds placed on accounts by branch associates and makes corrective actions within the account as necessary.
  • Business Support - Provides client service, support, and communication throughout account and compliance activity. Performs a variety of operational and administrative tasks in response to client requests.
  • Compliance Proficiency - Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, agencies, and policies as well as appropriate actions to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in Operations or Administrative 

Skill(s): Ability to complete an alphanumeric assessment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge with Hogan, Onbase, Pathway, and mainframe system access.
  • Knowledge of banking products such as CDs (Time Based Accounts) and IRAs.
  • Ability to take and manage one notes during training.
  • Ability to multitask in a high call volume environment.
  • General understanding of GL balancing and some tax reporting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite systems such as Excel, Outlook, etc.
