Mainframe Migration Managers often encounter challenges such as ensuring data integrity during transfers, minimizing downtime to avoid business disruption, and managing compatibility issues between old and new systems. Coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams—including developers, QA, and business stakeholders—requires strong communication and project management skills.
