Domain Banking / Finance
Location Dallas, TX/Austin, TX - 3 days a week,  Day one onsite.
Skills Mainframe
1. 5+ years software development / automation engineering
    • Built production-grade automation, not just scripting.
2. Strong Python experience
    • Modular code, testing, logging, error handling, maintainability.
3. GitHub expertise
    • Branching, PRs, code reviews, CI/CD practices.
4. GitHub Actions experience
    • Created and supported workflows for validation, testing, deployment, and promotion.
5. GitHub Copilot + VS Code user
    • Demonstrated real-world use for coding, refactoring, troubleshooting, and productivity.
6. Automation architecture mindset
    • Experience converting manual operational processes into automated, auditable workflows.
7. Ability to learn Control-M quickly
    • Prior Control-M preferred, but strong automation engineers with scheduling aptitude are acceptable.
