Job Title: Business Analyst (Mainframe & Salesforce)

Location: McLean, VA- 100% ONSITE
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 10+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Mainframe systems, Salesforce, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver enterprise digital solutions.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Strong knowledge of Mainframe applications and legacy systems
  • Experience with Salesforce Administration and Functional Design (Salesforce AI is a plus)
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, and functional documentation
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with customer-facing or financial services platforms is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and technology stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with development, QA, UX, and Salesforce teams throughout the SDLC
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing, and release activities
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions
  • Manage requirement changes, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
