• Proficient in COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe programming languages.
• Deep understanding of DB2, CICS, IMS, and other mainframe database and transaction processing systems.
• Expertise in the full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a mainframe environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and project managers.
