Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead with 12-15 years of mainframe development experience to lead development teams and ensure technical excellence across our mainframe applications.
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead analysis, design, and development of critical mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, IMS DB, and DB2.
• Manage and mentor a team of mainframe developers, providing direction and fostering skill development.
• Define and enforce architectural standards; participate in and lead design sessions for complex solutions.
