Per Diem Registered Nurse RN - Home Care

Could you be our next per diem Registered Nurse at Main Line Health Home Care Network? We have openings throughout Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia County. Some of the cities we service are Philadelphia, Drexel Hill, King of Prussia, West Chester, Honey Brook and Kennett Square.

The Home Health Nurse has the responsibility, accountability, and authority for providing coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting. You'll address the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients and families to improve function, independence, and quality of life.

Position: Registered Nurse RN - Home Care Shift: Day Shift (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)

Per Diem Requirements: 48 hour monthly commitment, includes 1 weekend per month

Experience: 2 Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred. Education: RN Diploma, ASN required. BSN preferred. Licensures/Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in PA. Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance. Current CPR certification preferred. Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred.
