About the Role:

As a Freight Broker TL/LTL, your main responsibility will be to oversee the transportation of goods and materials for our company. You will be responsible for managing the logistics of freight shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Your goal will be to optimize transportation routes, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with carriers and customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Ultimately, your role will contribute to the overall success of our supply chain operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role
  • Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry practices
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using transportation management software
