Job Title: Mail & Print Services Assistant - Level 1Job Description
The Mail & Print Services Assistant supports daily mailroom and print operations for an onsite office environment. This role focuses on processing incoming packages, routing mail accurately, and using computer-based tools to ensure shipments reach the correct destination. It is an entry-level position suited to individuals with 0-2 years of experience in mailroom, shipping and receiving, or related office support functions, and offers the potential for extension and future full-time conversion.
Responsibilities
  • Receive and process packages delivered to the facility, including pallets of packages arriving by truck.
  • Load packages onto the conveyor system and monitor their movement to the processing station.
  • Work at an individual processing station to inspect package labels and verify shipment details.
  • Use track shipment tools and computer systems to identify the correct destination for each package.
  • Print and apply accurate routing labels to packages to ensure timely delivery within the building or campus.
  • Support general mailroom operations, including mail sorting, filing, and scanning as needed.
  • Provide courteous customer service to internal stakeholders regarding mail, packages, and print services.
  • Perform basic data entry and documentation related to incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Collaborate with the broader office and soft services team while managing individual workload and tasks.

Pay and Benefits
