Role: Pharmacist
Location:  Peridot, AZ
Duration: 6 Months CTH
Shift Times: Variable 

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Five years professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including 1 year residency.
  • Current and valid state Pharmacy license, required.
  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Must be able to successfully pass and background and drug screen.

Position Description:
  • They need to be a good fit with the team.
  • Able to process prescriptions in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to policies.
  • Process control substances according to policy and law and in a timely manner.
  • They need to be able to counsel patients in a timely manner.
  • They need to have current medication knowledge, flexibility to move where needed.
