You Have: * 2+ years of experience in event management and logistics planning * Experience managing budget s, invoices, and attendee lists for large-scale conferences, meetings, or workshops * Experience suggesting on-site e nga gements to maximize audience time and enhance participation * Experience with tools such as Micro sof t Office Suite, event registration platforms, and marketing sof tware * Knowledge of event planning and execution processes, including vendor coordination, pre-event guide creation, registration management, and on-site logistics * Ability to develop event themes, agendas, and outreach messaging to drive attendance and align with stakeholder objectives * Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve challenges in fast-paced environments * Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
