Ortholam Inc. started operations in 2016 and manufactures, markets and sells products to the Prosthetics industry. Ortholam is allied to the Pilgrim Saints religious organization that was established in 2023 . 
The Pilgrim Saints is a not-for-profit start up religious organization, and the two organizations operate synergistically.  
The Pilgrim Saints organization receives funding from the for-profit business operations of Ortholam. 
The Pilgrim Saints organization advocates that most ministerial work should be organized and operated on a co-vocation self-funding basis.
By definition, a Pilgrim is a follower, and a Saint is a believer in Jesus Christ.

Ortholam Inc. and the Pilgrim Saints organization are both based in Richmond, VA USA, has a co-vocational opportunity for a junior / mid-level office administration, internet marketing, sales, and bookkeeping partner, who is also passionate about digital graphic design. This co-vocational opportunity is ideally suitable for a Christian who loves Jesus on a conscious level. Must support the three pillars of the Gospel; FDS - Faith, Devotion and Service. Full accommodation and transportation will be provided if needed. Full training and support will be provided where needed, together with the opportunity to study further.
A portion of the revenue and profit generated by Ortholam will be used to support the establishment and the promotion of the Pilgrim Saints organization.

The required core competencies are; 
1. Be or be open and willing to learn more about becoming a faithful born-again follower of Jesus.
2. Sales - effectively influence the opinions and purchasing habits of customers. Build and maintain positive partnerships with customers and purchasing managers.
3. Oral and interpersonal skills - Listen and seek clarification regarding customer needs. Communicate effectively in English. Always respond with good emotional control when handling difficult situations.
4. The ability to achieve maximum operational output with minimal resource expenditure.
5. Strategic Thinking - develop strategies to achieve business and religious organizational objectives and goals.
6. Bookkeeping – Perform basic bookkeeping and record keeping tasks, accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations, plus other administrative duties that support the efficient cash flow management of the business. Payroll creation / reporting and office organization.
7. Marketing - Develop marketing collateral to highlight product advantages and benefits to maximize sales revenue and customer satisfaction.  Website creation, development and maintenance. Digital Graphic Design, Social media communications via MailChimp, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.
                                                                                                                                                     
8. Qualifications – Strong business acumen and computer skills, with the ability to read, write and count accurately and reliably. Complete all documentation neatly and accurately. Previous sales and marketing experience desirable but not mandatory as training and mentoring will be provided in all areas.
Ability to lift and move a box weight of up to 45 Lbs. (20 Kg) on occasions.
