Job description

We are a small wealth management, investment advisory team in Miamisburg, OH. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and provide great service to our clients. Responsibilities and pay will increase over time. This is an in-person position.
Initial responsibilities will include greeting clients, scheduling appointments and data entry. Qualified candidates will be eager to learn, have at least some college education with a bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Responsibilities and Primary Activities:
• Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office.
• Handles incoming telephone calls to screen solicitors and connect clients with their respective advisors.
• Sorts and distributes the mail.
• Sends periodic client correspondence.
• Coordinates the assembly and mailing of client paperwork.
• Orders and manages office supplies.
• Copy/Fax/Scan/Bind financial planning documentation.
• Assists in filing of client records.
• Assists in entry and management of client information within Salesforce.
• Sends weekly Market Commentary and other email campaigns.
• Helps maintain clean conference room and kitchen for clients and advisors.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Hours, Compensation and Schedule:
Initial workweek will include 8:30-4pm Monday-Thursday at Voya's office in Miamisburg, OH. Additional hours may be available based upon workload and availability.
Position will be compensated hourly, at an initial rate of $16 per hour determined by experience and expertise.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent attitude and client service orientation
• Superior phone skills-friendly and helpful
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
• Ability to learn or use Salesforce and Mailchimp Software
• Ability to attend work consistently and on time
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and handle distractions
