Job description

Summary of Responsibilities
The Creative Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for assigned internal clients, partnering closely with the Creative Manager to support the successful execution of creative projects from intake through delivery. This role builds strong working relationships, facilitates proactive communication, manages project timelines and expectations, coordinates supplier projects, and ensures deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. The Creative Account Specialist collaborates across the Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide project visibility, communicate status updates, identify potential risks, and support an exceptional client experience.
Primary Responsibilities and Objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned internal clients, fostering positive working relationships while ensuring project expectations, priorities, and timelines are clearly communicated and understood
  • Coordinate creative projects and associated tasks within the project management platform, supporting timely completion of milestones, deliverables, and client requests
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, timeline changes, potential risks, and next steps to internal clients, stakeholders, and the Creative Manager
  • Support the management of client expectations by facilitating clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle and escalating issues or concerns as appropriate
  • Create and distribute recurring project status reports that provide visibility into project progress, workloads, timelines, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Support the continuous improvement of project workflows, intake processes, and communication practices to enhance efficiency and the client experience
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on creative deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, completeness, and alignment with project requirements prior to final delivery
  • Coordinate with Creative, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to facilitate project execution, resolve issues, and support successful delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain project schedules, task assignments, priorities, and documentation within the project management platform to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Assist in developing and distributing communications related to marketing initiatives, product launches, and other department updates
  • Support Studio5 in evaluating creative processes, content, and design solutions, recommending improvements that enhance quality and efficiency
  • Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights that may improve marketing products, services, or workflows
  • Manage the Creative mailbox, project intake requests, and project documentation, ensuring timely responses and accurate project tracking
  • Coordinate with Avenue5 associates to help ensure marketing products and services meet brand standards for quality, effectiveness, and timeliness
  • Assist with the development of marketing and communications training materials and help coordinate and facilitate training sessions as needed
  • Research and recommend new marketing technologies, tools, and process improvements that support evolving customer needs and business objectives
  • Discover innovative solutions to add to the Avenue5 property marketing technology stack, addressing evolving customer behavior and the customer journey
  • Comply with all company standards, policies, applicable health and safety regulations, and federal, state, and local laws
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field required; practical experience preferred
  • Exceptional project management skills required (PMP certification is a plus)
  • Three to five years of digital, creative, branding, or agency experience preferred
  • Two to three years of copywriting or content strategy experience preferred
  • Two to three years of multifamily property management marketing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of design principles preferred
  • Relevant certifications or specialized training preferredSkills and Requirements

  • Strong project management skills, including team coordination, risk analysis, scheduling, organization, communication, and quality control
