We are seeking aMail Clerk to support ourOperationsdepartment.


TheMail Clerkis responsible forevaluating and keying application data received from potential Cardholders so that a credit decision can be made.The Mail Clerkwill also responsible be for the daily sorting, scanning and distribution of company mail to ensure that each department receives mailin a timely manner.

Essential Functions:

  • Key in paper applications and scan them to ensureappropriate documentation.
  • Responsible for filing, sorting, and distributing company mail.
  • Coordinate daily mail retrieval.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Data entry experience preferred.
  • Previousbanking experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a teamenvironmentand take direction frommanagement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel,and PowerPoint.
