Job Description:
Daily responsibilities will include printing, copying, scanning, mail sorting, mail delivery, and other office service tasks as needed. Possible reception coverage will also be needed and possible printer/copier first response (changing toner, delivering and adding paper, clearing jams, etc.). Manager is looking for someone with top notch customer service skills. Past experience with mail sorting/delivering, copy/production, printer first response, etc. Will help. Candidate should be comfortable on a computer and experience with Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, as well as Adobe is a plus. The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
There are multiple clients;one of the main worksite addresses is in Cleveland, OH 44114 United States. The worker will be traveling around and covering several locations.
Parking: The sites have free parking or the parking can be expensed.
Driving: Yes
Dress Code: Black slacks or Khaki slacks, pullover shirt or polo, no t-shirts, no holes/frays/tears. Neatly groomed. Comfortable walking shoes, nice tennis shoes are acceptable. Some of the sites allow jeans, but the worker should always keep slacks with them in case they get moved to another site.
