Job description

Position Summary:
The Print & Mail Services Work Study Assistant provides support to the department by assistant with general and clerical duties under the direct supervision of the Manager, Purchasing, Mail & Print Services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Assisting with processing of print requests and mail and order distribution
  • Assist with organization and cleanliness of purchasing and print services areas

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Candidate must be a currently enrolled Franklin University student with Federal Work Study eligibility as part of the financial aid package

Additional Notes:
  • Candidate should be able to work 20-25 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours or 8 am and 5 pm
