Pay: USD 16/hr-USD 18/hr
Position summary:
The Mail clerk is responsible for supporting daily mailroom, office services, and facilities operations. This role handles incoming and outgoing mail, office supply inventory, equipment support, records management, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks while ensuring efficient office operations. The position also provides operational support for office moves, deliveries, and facilities-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, process, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including USPS, overnight deliveries, certified mail, and electronic packages.
  • Prepare mailings using mailing equipment, folder/inserter machines, and determine appropriate mailing methods.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, process supply orders, and distribute supplies to staff.
  • Coordinate with vendors, delivery services, and facilities personnel to support daily office operations.
  • Generate reports, maintain records, and update departmental tracking systems.
  • Process maintenance requests and submit work orders.
  • Support records retention and document management activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of computer experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
