Client Services Associate (Mail and Print)

Phoenix, Arizona, United States

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership

Typical Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM to 4:30PM

If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, this role is for you. As a Client Services Associate (Mail & Print), you'll support essential workplace functions—from document production to mail processing—ensuring operations run efficiently and on time.

This role supports the smooth flow of daily operations. By ensuring accurate document handling, timely mail distribution, and well-maintained supplies and equipment, you help create an efficient and reliable workplace.

What You'll Do

Print & Mail Services

  • Process print, binding, and kitting requests with accuracy.
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail, shipping requests, and accountable items.
  • Handle time-sensitive and confidential materials in accordance with security protocols.

Equipment & Technical Support

  • Ensure copy/print equipment is operational and stocked.
  • Perform basic maintenance such as replenishing paper and toner.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internal systems for tracking and communication.

Inventory & Workplace Support

  • Manage and maintain office and print supply inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Operational Support

  • Respond to requests and communications in a timely manner.
  • Track daily production metrics and volumes.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Support additional tasks as needed based on business demands.
What You Bring
