Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including internal mail delivery and pickup.
  • Arrange for UPS, FedEx, and messenger services as needed.
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, digital mail machines, and printers.
  • Handle large print, scan, and copy jobs while ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain printer stations, restocking paper and supplies as needed.
  • Order and stock office supplies to ensure team members have necessary resources.
  • Assist with office moves, conference room setups, and other facility-related tasks.
  • Provide backup support for the receptionist as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:
