Customer Service Representative
PLANT (ANNUALS, PERENNIALS, & SHRUBS) KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST
Create a friendly and welcoming environment by greeting and offering assistance to customers by phone. You are the voice of Proven Winners and Garden Crossings to the customer ensuring they remain the top priority while balancing tasks and routines.
Plant Knowledge is a Must!
Responsibilities
  • Provide superior and professional customer service to our Mail Order Customers
  • Answering Phone calls, great all customers warmly, assisting in a friendly, courteous manner, and efficiently resolving customer's questions and requests
  • Delivers the highest level of customer service through effective problem-solving. Resolve order problems.
  • Complete placement of orders accurately and effective while engaging with the customer Complete placement of orders accurately and effective while engaging with the customer
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Replace/Refund based on approval.
  • Assist with refunds or replacements as directed by the manager.
  • Notify customers by email of any backorders.
  • Keep records of all customer interactions making sure to provide accurate and complete information in order.
  • Flexible and willing to cross-train and work in other areas, as needed
