Job Overview
Dupli is seeking a skilled and motivated Envelope Jet Press Operator to support our continued growth. This role plays a key part in producing high-quality printed materials efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced production environment, contribute to a winning team, and take pride in their craftsmanship. Responsibilities
  • Experience preferred on 1 color, 2 color, and/or 4 color Jet envelope printing presses or equivalent machine operating experience
  • Maintain consistent quality during the production run to include copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion
  • Perform preventative maintenance on the press such as lubrication, replacement of small parts, cleaning, replacing, and setting roller adjustments and other moving parts as required with the use of micrometers, calipers, and color spectrometers
  • Analyze and match color to samples and or Pantone color books
  • Capable of using computer tools for job ticket scanning
  • Troubleshoot and work through any operating issues
  • Cross-train or help out in other departments as needed

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of experience operating machinery or willingness to learn
  • Willingness to learn and train on various machines / machinery.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to use close vision, color vision, and depth perception.

Hourly Rate - $18 to $25 per hour total compensation with shift differential and rate is dependent on experience.
