Looking for a production opportunity? We are hiring for Inserter Operator I positions in Minneapolis. This role is ideal for individuals interested in hands-on manufacturing and mailing operations work.

Job Summary:

The Inserter Operator I is responsible for operating inserting equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and production standards.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow job instructions and work tickets

• Operate inserting equipment safely and efficiently

• Sort and prepare mail accurately

• Complete production documentation

• Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications:

• 3-6 months of previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Basic math and reading skills

• Must pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for most of the shift

• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally

• Frequent use of hands and arms

Work Environment:

Production setting with moderate to loud noise levels and industrial equipment exposure.

Hours:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
