Reliability, time management, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team are valuable soft skills in this role. These skills ensure accurate, timely processing of mail, minimizing errors and supporting smooth mailroom operations.

What is a mail insert?

Mail inserts are printed materials, such as flyers, brochures, coupons, or promotional offers, that are placed inside envelopes or packages along with the main mailing item. They are commonly used by businesses to provide additional information, advertise products or services, or offer special deals to recipients. Mail inserts are carefully designed and strategically placed to catch the attention of the recipient and encourage a desired action, such as making a purchase or visiting a website.
