About Us: ICS Corporation is family-owned direct mail and marketing facility located in West Deptford founded in 1965. Now, more than 60 years later, ICS has flourished by elevating the marketing outreach of some of the nation's largest companies in highly creative and cost-effective ways.
Job Summary: The Baler / Material Handler is responsible for supporting daily production operations by moving materials, managing waste and recyclable materials, operating baling equipment, and maintaining an organized and safe production environment. This role ensures materials are properly handled, staged, and processed to support efficient workflow throughout the facility.
Shifts:
  • 1st shift: Monday - Friday; 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • 2nd shift: Monday - Friday; 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
  • 3rd shift: Monday - Friday; 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Responsibilities:
  • Operate baler equipment to compact and prepare recyclable materials for removal.
  • Safely collect, sort, and transport paper, cardboard, and production waste throughout the facility.
  • Move raw materials, finished products, and pallets
  • Support production teams by keeping work areas supplied with necessary materials.
  • Maintain accurate organization of material staging areas and warehouse spaces.
  • Perform routine inspections of baler equipment and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of materials and equipment.
  • Assist with general warehouse and production support duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to support production needs.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Range: $17 - $19 per hour
