Bell Attendant/Driver
To provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the Stein Collection. Establish high standards of conduct to maintain a professional image to our guests. Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of times and lift at least 50lbs. Must have a valid United States driver's license and clean driving record.
Essential Functions:
  • Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Effectively and seriously respond and deal with the guests needs and requests
  • Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel. Knowledgeable of surrounding area's attractions and points of interests
  • Assist guests at check-in and checkout. Tag, store, and distribute baggage
  • Orient guests to the Lodge and facilities
  • Show rooms and property to visitors
  • Delivery of items such as mail, messages, packages, and flowers to the rooms as needed
  • Maintain fires in the fireplaces in the main entrance and main lobby
  • Provide ski and weather information
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and professional work area
  • Respond to all emergency situations, and know all the safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them
  • Be able to quote basic history of the Stein Collection, Deer Valley, and Park City
  • Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all the guests and employees
  • Take all necessary measures to help the guests and fellow employees
  • Other duties as assigned
