Job description

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position works closely with customer service staff and independent contractors to ensure accurate order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  • Strong work ethic and dependability
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Inventory control and documentation experience
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
  • Process shipments using Unishippers, FedEx, USPS, and DHL WebShip
  • Print packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), shipping labels, and verify shipping documentation
  • Load and unload LTL trucks using a forklift
  • Receive incoming shipments from UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, and pallet deliveries
  • Inspect and quality check all incoming products and returns upon receipt
  • Organize and store inventory in assigned warehouse locations
  • Maintain accurate Inventory records, cycle counts and location control
  • Prepare pallets for shipment by wrapping and securing them safely
  • Create and apply shipping labels, barcode labels, and templates
  • Organize inbound and outbound packing slips and warehouse documentation
  • Repackage products, remove labels when required, and organize product samples
  • Prioritize and schedule warehouse jobs based on customer deadlines
  • Track delivery mileage and ensure expenses are billed to the appropriate job
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and the internet for daily warehouse operations
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
