SNELLING STAFFING HAS IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR ADMINSTRATIVE / DATA ENTRY CLERKS AT OUR CLIENT, A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE LOCATED IN ROSEVILLE.
$18/HOUR, CONTRACT TO HIRE
Administrative / Data Entry Clerk : responsible for some or all of the following:
  • Entering billing data
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Checking accuracy of information and mailing to clients into our customers proprietary software
  • Creating files
  • Pulling documents from file cabinets and matching with related documents
Data Entry Clerk requires the following:
  • 2-3 years of experience in an office setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize information both alphabetically and numerically
  • Accurate data entry and typing skills (for Data Entry clerk)
  • Strong overall computer skills, experience with Outlook
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
