The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $23.79 to $23.79. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

    Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary
    Maintain office memos and informative postings
    Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

Qualifications
  • Prior administrative experience preferred 
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
  • Must have a valid driver's license to drive mail van on and off property
  • Must be able to lift and deliver heavy boxes, pallets, cages up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to use a pallet jack
