Job description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a client who is seeking Mail Room Clerks to join their growing team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Title Specialists and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. You'll be responsible for filing documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with general administrative tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a temporary role until the end of the year.
Mail Room Clerk Responsibilities:

  • File and organize documents to support title processing activities
  • Perform general administrative work including data entry and office support tasks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and assisting with document shipments
  • Assist with scanning, copying, and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide day-to-day support to Title Specialists and assist with departmental needs
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume office environment
