Pay: $25.00/hour (paid weekly)

Responsibilities

Schedule: Mon-Fri 

Pay: $25.00/hour (paid weekly)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet visitors and perform general administrative duties
  • Clerical: Handle incoming calls; open and sort mail; assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
  • Create various spreadsheets and maintain data as necessary and as directed
  • Order supplies, merchandise and products as necessary and as directed; continue to maintain and stock office supplies in a neat, organized fashion 
  • Maintain all business associated reports in an up-to-date, user friendly, and organized fashion
  • Adhere and comply with all Safety, Security, Policies and Procedures, Guidelines, Company Protocols and other related compliance as dictated
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution to support successful company events and activities.
  • Coordinate with local vendors to facilitate services, orders, deliveries, and other business needs.
  • Assist with accounts receivable activities, including maintaining records and supporting payment-related processes.
  • Review and code invoices in Oracle to ensure accurate processing and proper account allocation.
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks associated with the Administrative facet of the business and operation as necessary and as dictated by Management    

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years' of Administrative experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
