Our busy hotel is looking for a dedicated concierge ready to provide excellent customer service and local recommendations for our hotel guests and ensure they have everything they need during their stay. You will act as the greeter and first point of contact for guests helping to check visitors in, make bookings, recommend local activities or restaurants, and arrange transportation. Our ideal candidate is outgoing and confident, likes working with the public, and is detail-oriented. If you're searching for a rewarding job in hospitality, apply now! Responsibilities: • Address issues and complaints from guests and find an appropriate answer • Function as a contact point for guests seeking support or information and taking care of their needs and expectations • Gather in-depth knowledge about the premises as well as local venues and businesses to give the best recommendations • Take and distribute messages or mail, and reroute calls by answering the phone and making reservations • Arrange activities, excursions, and transportation for hotel guests per their request Qualifications: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Expertise of the local area to make recommendations for restaurants and other activities • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills Compensation: $15-16 DOE
