Job Title:  Operations Analyst Project Coordinator           

Location:  Atlanta GA 30328 Hybrid 3 days/week

Duration:  12+ Months Contract (Possibility of extension) 

Pay Range: $25.36/hr. on W2 (Without Benefits)


Job Description:

  • This role supports the Engineering Operations Hiring Team by executing the day-to-day operational tasks required to facilitate our mass hiring activities and also help the team move hiring approval requests and related workflow steps forward.  This role ensures all data, documentation, and communications are complete, timely, and aligned with established processes.  The project coordinator works under the guidance of the Hiring Process Lead and partners closely with Engineering Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new intake requests daily, ensuring all required data is complete, accurate, and validated.
  • Review existing requests to identify and execute the next required action, preventing delays or missed steps.
  • Submit approval requests promptly and maintain the tracking file with accurate, real-time updates.
  • Ensure all communications follow established guidelines and maintain regular, professional, and timely engagement with stakeholder groups.
  • Prepare materials and updates for weekly hiring review calls.
  • Complete assigned reconciliations by the required deadlines, following provided guidelines.
  • Conduct proactive audits of hiring records to identify and flag potential issues.
  • Produce ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Escalate overdue items daily to prevent workflow bottlenecks.
  • Provide feedback and insights that support continuous improvement of workflows.

  • Proficient in Excel, including managing data accurately, maintaining tracking files, and supporting reporting needs.

  • Comfortable working within structured workflows, SLAs, and established processes.
  • Collaborative team player who partners effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data operations, reporting, or analyst roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphs).
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Workday, and Adaptive Planning a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow WFM and Magnit platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • High School Diploma required.  Associates degree preferred.
