We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pastry Baker to join our team at Saint Honoré Bakery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries using a variety of techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:

- Shift starting at 11:30am with baking and decorating all the pastries needed

-Ensure safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are always met

- Pay attention to detail and consistently produce visually appealing pastries

- Follow recipes accurately and scale ingredients as needed

- Efficiently manage production schedules and meet deadlines

- Demonstrate expertise in techniques such as lamination and baking

- Maintain a positive and outgoing attitude

- Motivated to continuously improve skills and learn new techniques

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong time management skills to meet production goals

- Must be able to work early mornings and on weekends if necessary

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and work on feet for long periods of time

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a bakery or pastry shop

- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
